“Renoir en Rose” fundraising event raised over $57,000

Top chefs from Montreal came together to prepare a gourmet dinner for more than 100 guests on January 23rd for the “Renoir en Rose” fundraising event at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile’s Renoir restaurant to raise money for the Cedars Cancer Foundation and the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. Over $57,000 was raised!!!
This fundraiser was spearheaded by Sofitel's Executive Chef, Olivier Perret, who himself was touched by cancer. He called on friends to participate in the preparation of this amazing five course fine dining dinner, with each Chef preparing one course.
