We owe a round of thanks and gratitude for the outpouring of support at the 2020 Cedars Virtual Auction and Raffle which took place LIVE on Tuesday, December 15. Hosted by CJAD 800 AM Morning Man Andrew Carter, the event was a resounding success raising in excess of $450,000 and counting. This year’s event included a moving tribute to the late Joe Cheaib, Vice Chair of the Foundation, and past co-chair of the Raffle & Auction Soirée. Joe had a generosity of spirit and warmth that was so inspirational to all. He will be forever in our hearts.

In addition to the 18ct pink gold Calibre de Cartier Watch and a Happy Sport par Chopard Watch courtesy of Château D’Ivoire, guests watched online as the much-anticipated raffle cash prizes were drawn one after the other, ranging from $1,000 to $20,000 for a total of $50,000.
Proceeds from the event will support the Psychosocial Oncology Program at the MUHC. This program offers cancer patients and their families free access to a team of psychologists and therapists to help them manage the social, psychological, emotional, spiritual and functional aspects of cancer.
The Cedars Annual Auction and Raffle would not have been as successful without the tremendous contributions of donors, sponsors, event chairs and the motivated organizing committee.
